In 2015, the company conducted cooperation with Shanghai University of Science and Technology, in which, the test stand for heat dissipation test of water cooling plate of power batteries was developed, which is used for the ex-factory test of battery system.
The test stand can simulate the actual conditions of the operating sites of battery system under various operating conditions, conduct collection and record on each key data point of batteries, complete ex-factory test of battery system and generate according test reports. This test stand also has data collection system and control system, which can receive the control from superior machines through communication with the superior machines.
